The weight of the pet we allow to be carried on board is up to 10 kilograms. Pets are allowed only in hand luggage when accompanied by an adult passenger.
How much does transportation cost?
There is a flat rate of 125,000 UZS per pet.
What do you need for transportation?
- A veterinarian’s certificate and the animal’s passport – they will be checked at registration.
- For a guide dog you need a certificate confirming the completion of training, issued by a certified training center.
- A document of payment for the transportation of the pet. Payment can be made at registration.
- Consent of the airline for transportation. It is important to notify us of the transportation by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the flight and obtain consent.
- Container/bag for transportation – requirements below.
Requirements for the bag/container for transportation:
- The size of the container for transportation in the cabin must not exceed 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions (height, width, depth of the container).
- The container/bag must be of sufficient size for the pet and with access to air.
- The bottom of the container/bag must be waterproof and covered with absorbent material and the door/lid must be lockable.

What else is important to know?
If the passenger is accompanied by a guide dog: the pet travels in the cabin with a collar, muzzle and must be tied to the seat at the owner’s feet.
It is important to assess the risks of transportation and be sure that the pet will tolerate air travel and the accompanying stress.
The pet owner will reimburse the airline for any additional costs incurred.
Transportation is the responsibility of the passenger in case of loss, delay in delivery, injury, damage or death of the pet.
