Personnel Inspector/ HR inspector
Required work experience: 3-6 years
Full-time employment, full day
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining personnel records;
- Search and selection of personnel
- Compiling vacation schedules;
- Maintaining a staff schedule;
- Registration of certificates and documents (pension insurance, income, business trips, vacations, etc.);
- Maintaining a database in the program 1C 8.3;
- Submission of reports to the state structure my.mehnat.uz;
- Formalization of the by-pass sheet at reception and dismissal;
- Admission, transfer, dismissal of employees, provision of vacations, calculation of compensation;
- Maintaining personnel files, employment records, reporting on personnel matters.
- Keeping a time sheet record of working time; VERY IMPORTANT !
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years experience;
- Knowledge of labor legislation (new will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of personnel records management at an advanced level;
- Knowledge of 1C personnel records;
- Knowledge of my.mehnat site;
- Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English languages will be an advantage.
- Ability to create the position and regulations of companies;

Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities:
Due to increasing workload, looking for someone to join the team for the position of “HR Manager”:
- Coordination of the unit’s employee record keeping process
- Control and accounting of working hours
- Maintaining the staffing schedule
- Controlling the filling of positions Organization and coordination of the recruitment and hiring process
- Coordination of the process of personnel adaptation Project management
- Human resource pool of subdivision employees
- Coordination of training and development of the division’s employees

Requirements:
- Experience in HR management for at least 3 years
- Management experience in HR is welcomed
- Experience in HR programs (knowledge of ZUP KORP, SAP is welcome)
